Two more patients have positive results of the new virus А/N1H1, and the three has been examined at the ambulance (24.7.2009)

The last laboratory analysis performed in the Institute for public health has showed a presence of the new type of virus А/H1N1 at two hospitalized patients and negative results for nine other patients that were placed at the Infect logy Clinic.

During the passed 24 hours at the Clinic for infective diseases in Skopje three new cases were registered with the sumptoms suspicious to the new type of virus (two of them has previously stayed in Greece and Montenegro and the third person is originately from Sweeen). He’s been immediately treated and was released to home treatment under infectlogiest and epidemiologist surveillance.

During yesterday from the clinic were released three patients due to the improved general health condition.

At the moment 8 patients are hospitalized on the Clinic. Their health condition is stable and shows progressive improvement.

At the Clinic for infective diseases 69 patients were treated out of which 19 had a confirmed virus from the new type of flue.
