The Minister Osmani has approved the widening of the positive list of medicines

The announcement of the list in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia is expected in a few days and afterwards it is expected the usage of the medicines to begin

Skopje, July 28 – The Minister of health Bujar Osmani today approved the recommendation given by the Commission for positive list of medicines within the Ministry for widening the list with 17 new generics in the total of 39 different pharmacy forms and dosages.

This way the patients could take the medicines in the pharmacy with a recipe and not as it was previously only if they were hospitalized.

- I consider that the widening of the positive list of medicines is some type of rounding up of one very important phase in the health care sector and a great benefit for the citizens, announced today the Minister Osmani.

In the list were placed bio-phosphate medicines, medicines for people that have osteoporosis, medicines used as a precautious for disposing he black liver after transplantation, medicines for hypertrophy of the prostate, against Hepatitis C, medicines for patients that have asthma, etc...

Announciation of the list in the Offical Gazzette of the Republic of Macedonia is expected in a few days.

On the positive list with the new widening now have 956 medicines in different pharmacy forms and doses.
