PhD. Dr. Vladimir Popovski BIOGRAFY

PhD. Dr. Vladimir Popovski, is a maxillofacial surgeon, regular professor for maxillofacial surgery at the Dentistry faculty in Skopje, and former director of the Clinic for maxillofacial surgery in Skopje.

He was born on 25.06.1956, in Bitola, Republic of Macedonia.

·        In October 2006 - appointed as a Director of the maxillofacial surgery in Skopje.

·        From the early 2004 until today is managing the KME at the Dentistry faculty.

·        He was the President of the оorganizational Board of the First Macedonian Congress of the maxillofacial surgery on the neck with international participants, held in May 2006.

·        Appointed as a Director of the Educational training center - center for maxillofacial surgery in Skopje, accredited and financed by the European association for cranial - maxillofacial surgery (mandatory period 2007-2009)

·        As of May 2004 untill today he is the President of the Association of the maxillofacial surgeonts in the Republic of Macedonia.

·        During 2001 he was appointed by the Government of the Republic of Macedonia as a State Secretary in the Ministry of health.

·        He has completed many courses for high officials in health financed by the World Bank.
